NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-010543-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-HE1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Gloria Johnson also known as Gloria D. Levey aka Gloria Levey, Sedgwick Johnson, United States of America, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
