Parcel I.D. #: 19-29-16-62124-030-1060.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on John A. Smitten, Esquire, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is McGuire Law Offices, P.A., 1173 N.E. Cleveland Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755 on or before {date} 5/02/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at {clerk's address} Clerk of the Circuit Court, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756 either before service on Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
