Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09012867CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA), is the Plaintiff, and, KELLY ZAFIRAKIS A/K/A KELY D. ZAFIRAKIS; CLEARWATER POINT, INC., NO. A, A CONDOMINIUM; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A NICHOLAS STILLS; GREGROY ZAFIRAKIS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on April 21, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 109, CONDOMINIUM UNITS OF CLEARWATER POINT NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3039, PAGE 639, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 82 AND 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
