The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Department, at the School Administration Building, 301 Fourth Street SW, Largo, Florida, 33770-3536 until 3 p.m. E.T., on April 22, 2014 for the purpose of selecting a supplier/contractor for International Cold Storage Walk-In Cooler/Freezers.

The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select a supplier to provide 3 new International Cold Storage Walk-In Cooler/Freezer units per bid specifications. Supplier is responsible to coordinate with the factory to have the units delivered to the job sight. Units should be delivered directly to the sites listed below on trailers and set-in place by International Cold Storage utilizing a crane and any other additional special equipment, etc., which may be required. Pinellas County School Board will complete the install of all hurricane tie downs, refrigeration, and electrical hook up to those units. Pinellas County Schools will be responsible for the final start up.
