NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2014, in favor of CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-16, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 25th day of April, 2014 on-line at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
