PEREZ A/K/A PATRICIA PEREZ; MARTHA PULGARIN; E*TRADE BANK; WALDEN PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; G.L. MARTIN CONSTRUCTION & ASSOCIATES, INC.; WALDEN HOLDINGS, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/01/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 25, BUILDING 4, WALDEN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8444, PAGE 2553, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
