NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 25, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 2009-CA-33847-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and FERDINAND CANCEL; YURIDIA MARTINEZ; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; HAMLIN HEIGHTS IRRIGATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/25/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 71.33 FEET OF THE NORTH 153.00 FEET OF LOT 9, OF HAMLIN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, AT PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
