NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020658-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN QUITCLAIM DEED RECORDED 06/03/2005 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7999, PAGE 3303, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BY VIRUTE OF THAT CERTAIN SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED RECORDED 12/31/2003 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7246, PAGE 2826, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
