NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007052-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is Plaintiff and JOHN EDWARDS A/K/A JOHN J. EDWARDS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN EDWARDS A/K/A JOHN J. EDWARDS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; EVELINE MAUVAIS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; OAK HILL RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, OF OAK HILL RESERVE PHASE 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGES 104 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
