Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 26, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
condominium unit 245, 8200 resort, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 8319, page 4024, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 8200 palm parkway #245, orlando, fl 32836; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, on June 25, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
