NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-012567-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE GSC CAPITAL CORP MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-2, GSC ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST NOTES, SERIES 2006-2, is Plaintiff, and OLGA L. GONZALEZ A/K/A OLGA GONZALEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 64, Phase 9 SAVANNAH PINES CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in official Records Book 8406, Page 4343, and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
