NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 04, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031706-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and VICTOR O. TAYLOR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 258, WESTYN BAY PHASE TWO, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 57, Page(s) 104, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
