NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015357-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JORGE AZIZE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 4205, CYPRESS FAIRWAY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded February 18, 2005 in Official Records Book 7837, Pages 0530 through 0616, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto and an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
