NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 07, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09CA-19345 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM R. ROBERTS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 140 of WINTER PARK WOODS, a condominium, F/K/A place 436, A condominium, according to the declaration of condominium as recorded in OR Book 3192, Page 297, and the amendment thereto as recorded in RO Book 3196, Page 2135, all filed in the public records of Orange County, Florida, Together with an undivided .4257 % interest in common elements and common expenses.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
