NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 07, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007467-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and KENNETH A. FREIN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 108 of PARK LAKE TOWERS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2616 Page 1156, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided share in Lot 'A' which composes the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
