Final Judgment was awarded on March 19, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-003687-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, EDDY ROBERTO GUERCIO MONACO; MARIELA CIPRIANO DINATALE; ALFREDO BELLO; GLORIA GUERCIO; MILLENIUM PARC TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 23, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
