NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 25, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-040148-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff, and, RAFAEL GOMEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 GOMEZ N/K/A ROSA CRUZADO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 GOMEZ N/K/A MARIA RIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 GOMEZ N/K/A SULLY GIRALDO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 GOMEZ N/K/A LUIS SANBRIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAEL GOMEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
