NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 4, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-005599-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE TERWIN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-5 ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2006-5, is the Plaintiff, and, FRED BAUMANN; TERRY AVENUE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DIANE WRIGHT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 29, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 , OF TERRY AVENUE TOWNHOMES AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 125, AS MODIFIED IN ORB 6397, PAGE 3813; TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS RECORDED IN ORB 6464, PAGE 2896, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
