Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001263 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee Successor by Merger To LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-4 Trust, Plaintiff and Frank R. Jones and Claire L. Jones, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on May 9, 2014, the following property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
UNIT 305, FAIRWAY PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 893, PAGE 411, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 63A, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
