NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated MARCH 31, 2014, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004225 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee Under the Pooling and servicing Agreement Dated as of December 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-E is the Plaintiff and Magda L. Munoz; Ricardo Munoz, Jr,; Unknown Spouse of Madga L. Munoz; Ricardo Munoz, Jr,; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(S) who are ot known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; The Board of County Commissioners, Collier County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1 in possession of the subject property; Unknown Tenant #2 in possession of the subject property, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the April 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 13 and 14, block c, coconut creek, unit no. 3 according to the plat in plat book 3, page 48, public records of collier county, florida.
