NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-02158 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE5, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-HE5, is the Plaintiff and Beatrice Ann Valdes, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
COMMENCING AT THE ORIGINAL 8' X 8' STONE MONUMENT MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 53 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, ON THE RANGE LINE BETWEEN RANGE 29 AND RANGE 30 EAST, THENCE RUNNING ALONG THE 40-TRACT LINE NORTH 89 DEGREES 44 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 465.91 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE, THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 13 DEGREES 35 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 51.69 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH 84 DEGREES 36 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 126.29 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE SET ON THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF A PUBLIC COUNTY ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 13 DEGREES 35 MINUTES EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 63.3 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE ON THE AFOREMENTIONED 40 TRACT LINE; THENCE 89 DEGREES 44 MINUTES EAST ALONG SAID 40 TRACT LINE A DISTANCE OF 128.45 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE, THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
