NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-003589, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-HL1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HL1, is Plaintiff and DAVID M. SPIRES; KATHERINE SPIRES; KINGSFIELD LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, KINGSFIELD LAKES, PHASE I, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 140 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
