NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 010797 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE SECURITIZATION SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2005 STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, STRUCTURED ASSEDT INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. STANBURY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA A. STANSBURY, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block A, Hagle Park Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 10, page 88 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 1214 Hagle Park Road, Bradenton, FL 34212
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
