NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No.: 2012-CA-004646 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, to be published in the Business Observer, in which Goshen Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Allen C. Oliver and Meredith L. Oliver are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, BIMINI BAY COLONY CLUB SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
