BOOK 1061, AT PAGE 610, AS AMENDED, AND PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 135 THROUGH 139, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
