NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-000717, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WL2 is the Plaintiff and EDDER J. MEJIA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1.66 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF LOT 21, AND THE NORTH 100 FEET OF LOT 22, LESS THE EAST 3.33 FEET, HINE'S ADDITION TO BRADENTON, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES(S) 215A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
