Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012 CA 002291, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is the Plaintiff, and MICHELLE R. WOODWARD, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 886, HARRISON RANCH, PHASE IIB, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 123 through 160, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
