LOT 342, MILL CREEK SUBDNISION, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 19 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
