NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 008664 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 1st day of May, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT NE CORNER OF SW ¼ OF NE ¼ OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST AND GO SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SW ¼ OF NE ¼ A DISTANCE OF 403 FEET, THENCE GO WEST 20 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE GO WEST 130 FEET; THENCE GO SOUTH 80 FEET; THENCE GO EAST 130 FEET; THENCE GO NORTH 80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
