NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 16, 2009, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2008 CA 000902, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff, and RAYMOND E. BROWN A/K/A RAYMOND E. BROWN III; SHERRIE L. BROWN F/K/A SHERRIE L. BRANCH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; RBC CENTURA BANK; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 740 AND 741, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
