NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007810 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2006-AA7, by First Horizon Home Laons, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Wentland, Kevin Graney, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
