NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007918 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN GRIMLEY; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 20th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2-204, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2004247846, AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2004247847, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
