NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 019334 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THELMT 2006-7 TRUST FUND, is Plaintiff and Jim Tsiogas a/k/a Jimmy Tsiogas And a/k/a Dimitrios Tsiogas, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, Block 2480, 50th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 7, 7A through 7H, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Located: 6638 Kenwood Drive, North Port, FL 34287
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
