ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56 is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD A. ROSE A/K/A RICHARD ROSE, TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD A. ROSE TRUST, DATED 10/11/2007RICHARD A. ROSE A/K/A RICHARD ROSE, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 204, PURITAN ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1327, PAGE 863, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 10, AS AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 29th day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
