NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 58-2011-CA-008841 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR4, Plaintiff and LAUREEN JONES, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.sarasotaclerk.com/ IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM , April 28, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
