NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 25, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 013290 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and DAVID HACKMAN; VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 29thday of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 12, BUILDING 21, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
