The administration of the GUARDIANSHIP OF LAVONNE M. PADDEN, File Number 2012-GA-002831-NC, is currently pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P. O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230. PADDEN, by a court of competent jurisdiction, in Geauga County, Ohio Probate Court, in the matter of: Guardianship of Lavonne M. Padden, Case No 13-PG-566. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. On May 15, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., at the Lynn Silvertooth Judicial Center, 2002 Ringling Blvd., Courtroom 8B, Sarasota, Florida, JANE M. FERRANTE, Guardian, will apply for discharge. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Ohio.
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections to the Final Report or Petition for Discharge shall file such objections with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. A copy of the objection must be served by the Objector on the Florida Guardian and on the Ohio Guardian. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a notice of hearing shall be served on the Florida Guardian and the Ohio Guardian or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
