Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida described as:
Unit 112, THE PLAZA GARDENS, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1318, Page 376, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Page 50, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
