NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-001085-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD K. RHOADES; JANET L. RHOADES; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 29, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH TRACT OR PARCEL IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, (POC); THENCE N. 89º30'00” E., ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 33, 819.0 FEET; THENCE N. 00º35'30” E., 50.01 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING (POB); THENCE CONTINUE N. 00º35'30” E., 230 FEET; THENCE N. 89º30'00” E., 239.0 FEET; THENCE S 00º35'30” W., 230 FEET; THENCE S. 89º30'00” W., 239.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER A STRIP OF LAND 50 FEET WIDE IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, THE CENTER LINE OF WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 33, THENCE N. 01º56'40” E., ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 33, 25.02 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N. 89º30'00” E., PARALLEL WITH AND 25 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 33, 1,296.42 FEET.
