NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause on April 8, 2014, in Case No. 2013-CA-005910-NC, in the Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GULF TIDES AT LONGBOAT KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ALTERNATIVE MICROGRAPHS, INC., etc.,et. al., are the Defendants, I will sell, pursuant to the terms of said Summary Final Judgment, to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 13th day of May, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
