NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and entered in 2013 CA 007493 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is the Plaintiff and JOHN ALVA HOODLESS; SANDRA MAY HOODLESS; SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LA REBA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
