NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051257 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee under the Trust Agreement for the Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-8, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Gary A. Johnson a/k/a Gary Johnson, deceased, Christine Faith Johnson, as an Heir of the Estate of Gary A. Johnson a/k/a Gary Johnson, deceased, Jon Gary Johnson, as an Heir of the Estate of Gary A. Johnson a/k/a Gary Johnson, deceased, Spencer M. Partrich, General Partner of San Souci Lakes, Ltd., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 28 day of April 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
