ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO.: 200600193278, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
