NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated filed April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-052127, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-10N TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and EDWARD J. KEMP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD J. KEMP; DONALD MCCOLLIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD MCCOLLIM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; OCEAN HARBOR CONDOMINIUM OF FORT MYERS BEACH ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 1 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 402, of OCEAN HARBOR CONDOMINIUM OF FORT MYERS BEACH, Phase I, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium on file and, as recorded in Official Records Book 2265, at Page 538, as amended by amendment to Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in OR Book 2269, at Page 1900, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with the exclusive use of the limited common elements described as Storage Room 402, Phase I.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
