NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed on 2 day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-51520, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RYAN P. FAIR A/K/A RYAN FAIR A/K/A RYAN PATRICK FAIR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC HOLLY FAIR A/K/A HOLLY A FAIR; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 73 AND 74, BLOCK 638, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149-173 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
