NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-008189WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and ROBERT CARTER A/K/A ROBERT W. CARTER, TARA CARTER A/K/A TARA C. CARTER, MILL RUN HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION OF PASCO, INC., MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO TRIBUTE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT CARTER A/K/A ROBERT W. CARTER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARA CARTER A/K/A TARA C. CARTER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of May, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 42, Block D, Mill Run, Phase Three, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 39 and 40, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
