NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004884-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Edward K. Newman; The Unknown Spouse of Edward K. Newman; are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, BLOCK 1, BRIDGEWATER PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECODRDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY.
