NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008287-ES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein RESIDENTIAL FUNDING REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC was the Plaintiff and ARTHUR HOLLINS A/K/A ARTHUR J. HOLLINS JR., ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 14th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 25, BLOCK 2 OF WATERGRASS PARCEL “A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE(S) 73 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
