NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002553 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN J. RECESSO; CHRISTINA MARI DIAZ f/k/a CHRISTINA MARI RECESSO, AS NATURAL GUARDIAN OF BELLADONNA RECESSO, A MINOR; ARTHUR JOSEPH RECESSO; CHRISTINA MARI DIAZ f/k/a CHRISTINA MARI RECESSO; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BRIAN J. RECESSO; WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK R, OR WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 63-89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7030 Kendall Health, Land O Lakes, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
