NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-003075-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ANDREW V. DONALDSON; CARLA DONALDSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; BENNET GRASSING & HAY FARMS, INC.; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MEADOW POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of July, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BLOCK 3, OF MEADOW POINTE IV, PARCEL âKâ, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 11 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
